FAQ

How much will it cost?

We work on a contingency fee basis. Meaning, we are not paid until you receive a settlement or judgment in your favour. Our contingency fee varies, however in most cases the maximum fee that we charge is 30%. In medical malpractice cases, which are often more complex, the maximum fee that we charge is 35%.

How long will it take?

Every case is different. However, most cases typically last 2 to 4 years. If you have been injured, it is important for your injuries to stabilize for us to accurately assess the extent of your impairment and value of your case. This takes time. Wrongful death, disability and employment cases do not typically require as much time to pass before an appropriate assessment can be completed.

How much is my case worth?

The value of your case depends on a variety of factors. These include your age, activities, health and vocation. Every case is unique. This will be discussed with you at the start of your case.

Will my case go to trial?

We are prepared to go to trial in each of our cases. However, in most cases we are able to obtain proper compensation for our clients without the need for a trial.
